SSC Eastern Region Recruitment 2015 – Geographical Asst, Tech Asst & Other Posts: Staff Selection Commission (SSC), Eastern Region has issued notification for the recruitment of Junior Geographical, Statistical, Technical, Research, Assistant Pharmacognocist, Assistant Chemist, Assistant Biochemist vacancies. Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18-25 years for Post 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 18-27 years for Post 3, 18-30 years for Post 4 as on closing date for receipt of application. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Honours Degree in Geography/ Statistics/ Mathematics from a recognized University for post 1, Degree of a recognized University with Statistics/ Mathematics/ Economics for post 2, Intermediate Science or equivalent examination passed and Diploma in printing from a recognized Institution for post 3, Master’s Degree in Geography or Geology from a recognized university or equivalent for post 4 for more information refer notification.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Interview/ Skill Test/ Screen Test.
Examination Fee: Candidates should pay Rs. 50/- through “Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS)” only. These stamps are available at counter of all Post Offices of the country. These Recruitment Fee stamps must be pasted on the application form. No fee for SC/ ST/ PWD/ Ex-servicemen/ Women candidates.
